He was predeceased by: his parents, Wilfred Yeager and Elsie Viola Yeager (Young); and his siblings, Patricia Granger, Sharon Cartwright, Shirley Ingmire, Alton Yeager and Charles "Slugger" Yeager.
He is survived by: his wife Theresa A. Opalensky; his family, Fredrick Lee Yeager, Jr. (Catherine) of Meadville, Kevin Powell of Sandy Lake and Lena Powell of Seneca; and his grandchild Breez Powell of Meadville. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
