He was predeceased by: his parents, Paul Ramey and Ethel Ramey Humes (Brown); his daughters, Carol Ramey and Debra Burger; his siblings, Delores Stewart and Ronald Ramey; and his grandson Dustin Delo.
He is survived by: his wife Linda Pearsol; his children, Cathy Kightlinger of Meadville, PA, Paula J. McDuff of Meadville, PA, Michael Ramey (Jennifer) of Gainesville, FL, Edward G. Marin of Meadville, PA and Kaine Marin (Melissa) of Milton, PA; and his sister Janet L. McKinney of Meadville, PA. He is also survived by several grandchildren and great grandchildren.
