It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Frederick R. O'Polka of Meadville, Pennsylvania, born in Franklin, Pennsylvania, who passed away on December 7, 2021, at the age of 72, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Joseph O'Polka and Mildred O'Polka (Walz). He is survived by: his wife Carla A. Bruleigh; his children, Lyndsey Hoover (Shane) of Meadville, Hugo Litwiler II of Columbus, OH and Danielle Litwiler (Danielle Lowe) of Conneaut Lake; his granddaughter Sophie Hoover; and his sister Penny Hawthorne of Franklin. He is also survived by two nieces and a nephew.

Memorial contributions may be made in Fred's memory to Leukemia & Lymphoma Society, River Walk Conf.
