It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Frances Mae Dickson (Meadville, Pennsylvania), who passed away on July 1, 2020, at the age of 97, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Zebedee Barksdale and Fannie Barksdale (Partlow); her father-in-law Will Dickson; her daughter Deidra Dickson; her siblings, Arthur, Marion, Joseph, James, Ronnie, Sylvester, Robert, Joe, Willie Eva Chennault, Rose Wilson, Inez Vankirk, Annie Walker and Bonita Deans; and her stepbrothers, John and Herbert.
She is survived by: her stepson Fredrick Dickson; her grandson Gary Manning of Meadville; and her stepsister Bernice. She is also survived by nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
