She is survived by: her son Mike Baker (Michele) of Meadville; her granddaughters, Cheyenne Sample of Meadville and Haiden Baker of Meadville; her great grandchild Wyatt David Sample of Meadville; her sister Mary Lou Kightlinger of Wilson, NY.; and her extended family, Randy Doutt and Phil Hefferman. She is also survived by nieces and nephews as well as her many great nieces and nephews.
