She was predeceased by: her parents, Gen Peterson (Williams) and Ted Peterson; her husband Ernest Carrara; her sisters, Mary Gray and Audrey Gray; her son-in-law Paul John Gookin; and her grandsons, Paul F. Gookin and Matthew F. Gookin.
She is survived by: her children, Freda Gookin, Elaine Phillips (Larry) and Ernest E. Carrara (Stacy); her grandchildren, Shane Phillips, Rick Phillips, Joe Gookin, Sean Carrara, Kassy Morneweck and Tanner Carrara; and her brothers, Homer Peterson (Elvira) and Paul Peterson (Shirley). She is also survived by six great-grandchildren, three great-great-grandchildren, and numerous nieces and nephews.
