She was predeceased by: her parents, Francis R. Phelps and Marie Jeanette Phelps (Wise); her former husband Alexander "Alex" J. Tokarcik; her husband William Heisey; her son Jeffrey Nelson Heisey; her son-in-law Doug Straw; and her stepdaughter Mary Johnston.
She is survived by: her children, Darlene Straw of Greenville, William Heisey III of Meadville, Robert "Bob" Heisey of Meadville and Markle Heisey (Sharleen) of Conneautville; her stepchildren, John A. Tokarcik (Patty) of Milton, FL and Alicia Tokarcik (Mike) of Pittsburgh; her sisters, Nellena Daniels (Jim) of Cambridge Springs and Jeanie McClain of Centerville; and also Mary. She is also survived by several grandchildren, great grandchildren, step grandchildren.
