She was predeceased by: her father James W. Simpson; her husband Ken Holeva; and her siblings, David Rugala and Annie Simpson. She is survived by: her mother Margaret "Peggy" (Porfillio); her niece Allison; her stepfather Pat McHale of Meadville; and her sisters, Kathy Rugala Faller of Conneaut Lake, Gina Rugala Lowrie of Concord, OH and Tina Rugala Knapp of Meadville. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews and cousins.
