He was predeceased by: his parents, Fletcher Rose and Sandra Rose (DeWoody); and his brother Billy Charles Rose. He is survived by: his sister Linda Williams; his niece Shannon Williams; his nephew Eric Rose; his aunt Lois Peters; and his uncle Ronald DeWoody.
A celebration of life will be held on Friday, November 29th 2024 from 5:00 PM to 9:00 PM at 20607 Ryan Rd, Meadville, PA 16335.
