She was predeceased by: her parents, James F. Krasa and Kristina Uzlik Krasa; her husband John Cholak; her grandson Sam Cholak; and her siblings, Alice, Mae, Esther, Frank, John, Joe and Bill.
She is survived by: her sons, John G. Cholak of Anchorage, Thomas A. Cholak (Brenda) of Tucson, Dennis R. Cholak (Carol) of Meadville and David M. Cholak (Christina) of Conneautville; her grandchildren, Jacob Cholak (Emma) of Portland, Maine, Andrea Grodzki Tucson (Adam) and Emily Stephens (Jon) of Jackson; and her great grandchild Rolan Stephens of Jackson. She is also survived by her family and friends, raising four sons.
Memorial donations may be made in Dorothy's memory to a charity of the donor's choice.
