He was predeceased by: his parents, Harley Blake and Eva Blake (Hillman); his wife Edna Hartfield Blake; and his siblings, Howard, Harold Blake, Liz Kruchten and Lulabelle Johnson.
He is survived by: his children, Terry Spangler of Titusville, Ben Blake (Kandy) of Franklin, Matt Blake (Laura) of Franklin, Margie Burch (Cliff) of Titusville, Don Blake, Jr. of Titusville, Roger Blake (Diane) of Titusville and Danny Blake (Mary) of Titusville. He is also survived by numerous grandchildren, great-grandchildren, nieces and nephews.
