It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Derek Niemann of Meadville, Pennsylvania, born in Greenville, Pennsylvania, who passed away on September 9, 2020, at the age of 25, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his mother Rachel L. Collins (Copeland); his grandfather Paul Copeland; his uncles, Vince Pisani and Dan George; his aunt Connie; and his great-grandparent Dorothy Powell.
He is survived by: his father Scott C. Niemann; his brothers, Tanner R. Niemann of Meadville, PA and Tanner S. Collins; his grandparents, Bette Funkhouser of Linesville, PA, Frank, Jill Niemann of Linesville, PA, Dale and Dorothy Collins of Meadville, PA; and his aunts and uncles, Lucy Pisani, Ryan (Barb Niemann), Tim (Maria Copeland), Sam (Robin Copeland), Rick (Doris Copeland), Darl (Sandy Funkhouser), Kathy (Van Bowersox), Jim (Mary Powell), Sherry (Marlan Jones), Chuck (Denise Powell) and Noreen Lee (Christine Aylsworth).
