He is survived by: his mother Dorothy Beck of Pittston, PA; his children, Frank Jacklett (Sara) of Linesville, PA, Trisha Jacklett (Mike Harmon) of Springboro, PA and Heather Jacklett (Scott Peterson) of Meadville, PA; his siblings, Carol Kohler of Meadville, PA, Cynthia Allen of Saegertown, PA, Brenda VanScoy (Justin) of Plains, PA and Mark Brown (Mary) of Georgetown, KY; and his brother-in-law Ryan Pratt (Debbie Jacklett) of Meadville, PA. He is also survived by 9 grandchildren.
