Debra Carlini-Noel Obituary

It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Debra Carlini-Noel of Meadville, Pennsylvania, who passed away on January 1, 2021, at the age of 64, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Edward Schepps and Mary Evans Schepps. She is survived by: her husband Louis Noel; her son Edward Carlini (Maryann) of Meadville; her grandchildren, Bradliegh Carlini, Rilee Carlini and Nicholas Rodgers; her great grandchild Aylah Rodgers; and her brother David Schepps (Camile) of Arizona.

In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made in Debra's memory to Bethany United Methodist Church, 140 Wadsworth Ave, Meadville, PA 16335.
