He was predeceased by: his parents, Darrel E. Stallard and Tillie Stallard (Ososki); and his brothers, Ron Stallard and Harry Stallard. He is survived by: his siblings, Janice Miller (Russell) of Laurel, MD, Larry B. Stallard (Marian) of Meadville and Ralph L. Stallard (Jeri) of Charlotte Courthouse, VA. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
