He was predeceased by: his parent Clair L. Moore; and his grandparents, Clair, Ethelyn Moore, Louis and Marian Yeager.
He is survived by: his mother Rosanne Yeager Moore; and his siblings, Dianne Moore, Tami J. Herrick (Tom) and Robert A. Moore. He is also survived by aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, great nieces, and great nephews.
In lieu of flowers, the family asks that donations be made to the Crawford County Humane Society at 11012 Kennedy Hill Road, Meadville, Pennsylvania 16335, to honor his love for animals.
