He was predeceased by: his parents, Emery Heeter and Cornelia Rodgers Heeter; and his siblings, Donald Heeter (Donna Jean) of Venus, PA, Richard Heeter (Pat) of Rouseville, PA and Joan Bowman of Chicago, IL..
He is survived by: his wife Leona Heeter; his sons, David A Heeter II (Tanci) and Dean A Heeter (Louisa); his stepchildren, Emily S. Caler (Sterling), Katie S. Rhoades and Jonathan L. Rhoades; and his sister Pat Hilton (Ron) of Plumer, PA. He is also survived by 11 Grandchildren and 3 Great Grandchildren.
