He was predeceased by: his father Jack Harvey. He is survived by: his mother Doris Harvey (Stein); his sister Suzanne Weathers (Mark); his nieces and nephews, Auryanna and Dakota Walters; and his great-nephews, Luke, Alex Burgess and Ben Ohmer.
Oh, and let's not forget his cats! And the books, an avid reader he left behind a very eclectic library which shall be donated to local libraries with David's hope to inspire other readers and artists alike.
