He was predeceased by: his parents, Rev. John David and Alice Bault (Dewar); and his siblings, Randall Kevin Bault and Rhea Dawn Bault. He is survived by: his son David Edwin II; his wife Martha Lynn Fowler; and his sisters, Carolyn Keller (Lawrence) of Bloomington, IN and Mona Davis (Charles) of Spencer, IN.. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
The family requests that memorials be directed to the Foreign Mission Department of the United Pentecostal Church International.
