He was predeceased by: his parents, Dale M. Barnard and Elizabeth Jean Pegan Barnard (Betty); his daughter Kristy Lynn Miller; and his siblings, Karen Powell and Jeffrey Barnard.
He is survived by: his wife Karen Britton; his daughter Shelly Barnard (John Chacona) of Lakewood, OH; his grandsons, Nathaniel Miller and Drake Williams; his sister Kelly Ann LaBruzzo (John) of Meadville; and his sister-in-law Tina Barnard of Meadville. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
