He is survived by: his wife Amanda Shields; his daughter Delilah Shields of Conneaut Lake; his parent Lynne Benjamin of Townville; his grandmother Nancy Shorts of Townville; his siblings, Sonia Shields of Townville, Frank Shields (Theresa) of Townville, Joe Shields (Kelly) of Townville and Aaron Benjamin of Townville; his nieces and nephews, Christian, Jackson, Mallory and Makenna; his uncles, Walt Shorts (BillieJo) of Drumore and Tracy Singletary (Rhonda) of Conneaut Lake; his father-in-law Fred Loutzenhiser of Conneaut Lake; and his sister-in-law Alicia Kenny (Tyler) of Meadville.
