She was predeceased by: her parents, George P. Kraker and Helen Kraker (Bresnahan); her husband Jim; her daughter Laura; her brother Pat; and her son-in-law Dan Kenny.
She is survived by: her children, Kathy Kenny, Peggy Chidester (Mark), Linda Fratantoni (Sal) and Mike Williams (Kendra Pearson); her grandchildren, Laura, Maureen Kenny, Sophie, Annie Fratantoni and Matthew Williams (Tricia); and her great grandchild Veralyn Williams.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made in Connie's name to St. Brigid Church, St. James Haven or a charity of choice.
