It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Claude E. Hunsberger (Meadville, Pennsylvania), who passed away on January 16, 2025, at the age of 92, leaving to mourn family and friends. As Claude departs from this earthly realm, his essence lingers — a whisper on the wind, a ripple on the water — a testament to the enduring power of love to transcend the boundaries of life and death. Though Claude may no longer walk beside us, his spirit lives on in the memories and the legacy Claude leaves behind.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Rev Ivan Hunsberger and Elizabeth Hunsberger (Betty). He is survived by: his wife Emma Johnson; and his children, Tom Hunsberger (Kathy) of Union City, PA, Steve Hunsberger (Darla) of DuBois, PA, Brian Hunsberger (Monica) of DuBois, PA, Betty Muir (Dan) of Beaver Falls, PA and Patti Lemke (John) of Lansing, MI. He is also survived by 12 grandchildren, and 16 great grandchildren.
