Beemer Karns; his children, Nathan Christopher, Carter Alexander and Alaina Grace; his sister Heather Basko (Nicolas) of Cambridge Springs; his nephew Gabriel; his grandmother Patricia Lafferty of Meadville; his parents-in-law, Gerald and Cynthia Beemer of Erie; his sister-in-law Catherine Sikenpore (Avinash) of Fairview; his nieces and nephews, Lucas, Amaya, Emmaline and Neil; and his brother-in-law David Beemer of Maryland.

Memorials may be made to Shriners Hospitals for Children.
