She was predeceased by: her parents, Elmer Keisel and Elizabeth Keisel (Higby); her husband Willis Duane Williams; and her brother Leroy Keisel. She is survived by: her children, Robin Urquhart (Ron) of Meadville and Todd Williams (Christine) of Meadville; her grandchildren, Nathan Williams, Kayla Boehm, Erica Boehm and Cameron Williams; and her sister Kathy Brooks (Daniel). She is also survived by nieces and nephews.
