She was predeceased by: her parents, Andrew Koket and Anna Koket (Starczewski); her husband Joseph Koczwara; and her siblings, Mary Sonowski, Sophie Kaster, Helen Suskey, Genevieve Hilsheimer, Anna Teresa Powell, John Koket and Edward Koket.
She is survived by: her daughter Karen Sue Gibbs (Robert) of Meadville; her grandchildren, David Joseph Gibbs (Lauren) and Kelly Ann Curley (James); and her great grandchild Coryn Rose Marranconi.
