She was predeceased by: her parents, Charles Fowler and Anita Fowler (Warp); her husband Robert W. "Zeke" Howell; and her brother Terry Fowler. She is survived by: her children, Barb Hartle (Keith) of Meadville and Donald Howell (Noreen) of Alpharetta, GA; her brothers, Kenton "Mike" Fowler of Meadville and David Fowler (Carleen) of Mt. Hope; her grandchildren, Justin Howell (Jen) and Angela Slingluff; and her great grandchildren, Megan and Allison. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
