She was predeceased by: her parents, Charles Fowler and Anita Fowler (Warp); her husband Robert W. "Zeke" Howell; and her brother Terry Fowler. She is survived by: her children, Barb Hartle (Keith) of Meadville and Donald Howell (Noreen) of Alpharetta, GA; her brothers, Kenton "Mike" Fowler of Meadville and David Fowler (Carleen) of Mt. Hope; her grandchildren, Justin Howell (Jen) and Angela Slingluff; and her great grandchildren, Megan and Allison. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to Mt. Hope United Methodist Church, 29034 State Hwy. 27, Guys Mills, PA 16327.
