She was predeceased by: her parents, John O. Smith and Madelyn Smith (Soules); and her husband Paul E. Slayton. She is survived by: her children, Kimberly Pfaff (Lester, Jr.) of Atlantic and Brian Slayton (Marijo) of Crossingville; her grandchildren, Anthony Mulidoro (Chandra) of Saegertown, Nicolaus Mulidoro (Ashton) of New Castle, Morgan Pfaff and Kalee Slayton of Crossingville; her great grandchildren, Hunter, Chase, Avery Mulidoro, Bodi and Baker Mulidoro; and her siblings, Janet Robinson (Charlie) of Meadville, Sandy Tatum (Larry) of Howenwald, TN, Michael Smith (Shellee) and Richard Smith (Bonnie) of Conneaut Lake. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
