He is survived by: his wife Sharon Smith (Tost); his children, Stephanie Huffman (Noel) of Meadville, Jennifer Smith (Norman Alan) of Pulaski, PA, Jeremy Smith and Ashley Kendall (Scott Rowe) of Pulaski, PA; his grandchildren, Destiny Doggett, Bo Gosnell, Shelby Smith, Joshlyn Doggett, Dakota Smith, Sean Freed, Giovanni Waters, Tiffanie Smith, Alexandria Smith, Emma Mrvantiz, Cheyenne Rowe, Travis Smith, Bruce and Sharon; and his great grandchildren, Abel Doggett and Preston Smith.
