He was predeceased by: his father Joseph P. Mack; and his grandparents, Betty C. Love-Kitch, Robert Nicklin Love, Thomas and Katherine Mack.
He is survived by: his mother Mary Love; his wife Valerie Shaw; his children, Cienna Mack of Butler and Gavin Eric Mack of Butler; his stepson Anthony Cole of Meadville; his siblings, Kelly Lynn Mack Thakur of Meadville and Aaron Patrick Mack of Lacey, WA; and his nephews, Daniel Samir Thakur and Kinton David Thakur.
