It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Bonita I. Murphy of Meadville, Pennsylvania, who passed away on January 4, 2025, at the age of 83, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Carlton E. Holder and Mary Alice Holder (Brown); and her husband Gerald E. "Jerry" Murphy. She is survived by: her children, Patrick Murphy (Jonette) of Pittsburgh, Kerry Murphy (Debbie) of Roanoke, VA and Kelly Murphy (Jim Liguori) of Canonsburg, PA; and her grandchildren, Brittney, Breanna, Patrick, Jr., Ashley and Hayley. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
Viewing was held on Wednesday, January 8th 2025 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Rose and Waid Funeral Home & Crematory, Inc. - Meadville (581 Chestnut St, Meadville, PA 16335). A funeral service was held on Thursday, January 9th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Rose and Waid Funeral Home & Crematory, Inc. (581 Chestnut St, Meadville, PA 16335).
