With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Billy Rash of Meadville, Pennsylvania, who passed away on October 2, 2021 at the age of 40. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his mother Donna Rash (Shiner); his stepmother Mary "Toni" Rash; and his brothers, Michael Rash Jr. and Douglas Rash. He is survived by: his father Michael Rash of Girard, PA; his wife Cindy Rash of Meadville, PA; his son Leland Cannon; his stepchildren, Trevor, Baylee and Caden Holeva; his sister Shonna Steele (Keith) of Linesville, PA; his stepsisters, Christine Whampler and Shelia Magie (Eric); his grandmother Janice Shiner; and his nieces and nephews, Tommy Rash, Lanora, Jaydon, Evan, Keith Steele, Jr., Kara, Brandon Rash, Emilie Shaffer, Aubrey Victor, Chihuahua and Blue.
