He was predeceased by: his parents, Chauncey Wise and Edna Wise (Lovetta); his wife Donna Kiser; his son-in-law Ed Ashbaugh; and his brother Victor Wise.
He is survived by: his children, Deborah Ashbaugh of Meadville, Cliff Wise (Wendy) of Saegertown and Kimberly Shaw (Jim) of Townville; his grandchildren, Tina Jordan (Steve), Joe Wise, Shawn Ashbaugh, Darin Ashbaugh (Kristen), Jennifer Ross (Bryan), Scott Ashbaugh (Jessica), Brian Ashbaugh (Marrina), Todd Shaw (Clairee) and Travis Shaw; and his sister Iris L. Williams of Saegertown. He is also survived by 16 great grandchildren and 4 great great grandchildren.
