She was predeceased by: her parents, Orval N. Collins and Melba Collins (Fristrom); and her brother Gunnar O. Collins (Sue) of Palatine, IL.. She is survived by: her husband Ray; her daughter Pamela Rae Thomas; and her granddaughter Shannon Rae Thomas of Mechanicsburg. She is also survived by several nieces, nephews, brothers in law and sisters in law.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made in Barb's memory to the Humane Society of Crawford County, 11012 Kennedy Hill Road or Salvation Army, 1087 Park Ave., both in Meadville, PA 16335.
