It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Audrey Marie Zurick Callista of Meadville, Pennsylvania, born in Erie, Pennsylvania, who passed away on September 26, 2024, at the age of 91, leaving to mourn family and friends. In the vast expanse of eternity, Audrey Marie Zurick shall find rest, cradled in the arms of everlasting peace. And as we bid Audrey Marie Zurick farewell, her loved ones carry with them the precious gift of her memory, a beacon of hope guiding them through the shadows of sorrow towards the light of a new dawn.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Frank Zurick and Helen Respecki Zurick; and her husband James Callista, Jr.. She is survived by: her children, Penny Guelcher (Martin) of Erie, Mark Callista of Erie and Debby Nash (Joseph) of Erie. She is also survived by six grandchildren, 15 great-grandchildren, and three great-great-grandchildren.
Visitation was held on Wednesday, October 2nd 2024 from 3:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Dusckas-Martin Funeral Home and Crematory, Inc. (4216 Sterrettania Rd, Erie, PA 16506). A funeral Mass was held on Thursday, October 3rd 2024 at 10:00 AM at the St. Jude the Apostle Parish (2801 W 6th St, Erie, PA 16505).
