She was predeceased by: her parents, Ervin Guth and Mary Guth (Dechant); her husband Gerald "Jerry" Leonard; and her brother Wilfred Guth. She is survived by: her children, Mark Dehner (Mary) of Oil City, Michael Leonard (Melissa) of Meadville and Anissa Mitchell (Brodie) of Conneautville; and her siblings, Marietta Brumbaugh (Bud) of Kenova, WV, Delene Foy (Joe) of Seneca, Donald Guth of Oil City, Dwight Guth (Nancy) of Oil City, Calvin Guth of The Villages, FL and Kurt Guth (Karen) of Oil City. She is also survived by four grandchildren; two great grandchildren.
