Bevacqua III of Meadville, Kevin Bevacqua (Laura) of Baltimore, MD, Mark Bevacqua (Devon) of Meadville, Jeff Bevacqua (Lydia) of Erie and Amy Bevacqua (Ryan) of Conneaut Lake; his grandchildren, Amber (Jason) and Arabella; and his great grandchildren, Geo and Vincenzo. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
