He is survived by: his parents, Frank D. Rough and Jackie Rough (Roberts); his close friends, Bryan Bosco, Robert Hess, Sr., Marshall and Alex Stein; his wife Robin L. McConnaghy; his sons, Steven Rough (Leslie Eaglehouse) of Lexington, SC. and Travis W. McConnaghy (Tori McKenna) of Erie; his granddaughter Annabelle Allana Rough; his stepgranddaughter Alicen Eaglehouse; his siblings, Frank Rough (Eugene) and Lisa Shoemaker (Rob); and his niece Kayla Pope.
