It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Dorothy Havelka (Meadow Lands, Pennsylvania), born in Mount Pleasant, Pennsylvania, who passed away on September 12, 2018, at the age of 91, leaving to mourn family and friends. She is survived by: her parents, John Borza and Elizabeth Piatnick Borza; her spouse Gerold J. Havelka; her children, Gerold "Jerry" Havelka, Christopher Havelka (Margaret), Cheryl Dick of Monroeville and Kathleen Puhr (Richard) of Syrna, TN; her siblings, Alfred Borza (Marylou) of Bridgeville, Gertrude Kozak, Pauline Orell and William Borza; and her grandson John Mullins III.
