He was predeceased by: his parents, Ray H. Lingle and Marian E. Lingle; his wife Lena Breon; and his siblings, Geraldine Meeker, Marjorie Krout, Glenn Lingle, Gladys McCool and Grace Lingle.
He is survived by: his children, Debra R. Talbot of McVeytown, Sharon M. Kay (Alan) of Reedsville, Linda A. Mountz (Rick) of Warriors Mark, Jody L. Lingle (Mick) of Beech Creek, Gregory K. Lingle (Annette) of Mifflintown and John D. Lingle of Cincinnati, OH. He is also survived by eleven grandchildren and thirteen great grandchildren.
