She was predeceased by: her parents, James Foust and Elsie Foust (Jenkins). She is survived by: her daughter Tammy Wertz; her cousins, Annie Gartland and Susan Gaff; her daughter Michele Gutshall; her grandchildren, Jacquelyn Scott, Griffin Scott and Kendra Wertz; and her close friend Sha-Maaz. She is also survived by sisters-in-law and numerous nieces and nephews.
