It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Lois Elizabeth Dunmire of McVeytown, Pennsylvania, born in Lewistown, Pennsylvania, who passed away on February 13, 2023, at the age of 97, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Owen Brumbaugh and Mary Brumbaugh (Fields); her husband Raymond A. Dunmire; her brothers, William Brumbaugh, Martin Galen Brumbaugh and Bruce Brumbaugh Sr.; and her grandson Jason Stevens.
She is survived by: her children, Ann E. Dunmire of Longfellow, Ruth A. Dunmire of McVeytown and Timothy R. Dunmire (Kendra J.) of McVeytown; her grandchildren, Melanie Stevens, Zachary Dunmire (Lisa Henry), Gabriel Dunmire (Molly), Lillah Cherry (Ryan), Darcie Pully (Todd), Kenzie Snook (Derek) and Arlo Dunmire (Sadie Strausburg); and her sister-in-law Barbara Brumbaugh of Hickory, N. C.. She is also survived by eight great-grandchildren; three great-great-grandchildren.
