She was predeceased by: her parents, H. Frank Rhodes and Thelma Rhodes (Sunderland); her husband Leroy R. Carbaugh; and her siblings, Reverend Charlie Rhodes, Lottie Runk, Edward Rhodes, Harry Rhodes, Blair Rhodes, Erma Moore, Donald Rhodes and Geraldine Wise.
She is survived by: her son Leroy F. (Tina); her granddaughter Nelisha Smith (Seth); and her great grandchildren, Adalynn and Isabella. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
