He was predeceased by: his parents, Samuel Howard and Emma Jane Hendricks (Morrison); and his sister Linda Paajanen. He is survived by: his wife Susan Marie Hendricks (Goss); his daughter Samantha Nicole Weyant (Tyler) of Celebration, Florida; his siblings, Bonnie McMullen of Lewistown, Edith Notestine of Lewistown, Lynn Hendricks (Phyllis Bossert) of Centre Hall, Laura Hendricks of Lewistown and Jennifer Wingard (Brad) of Lewistown; and his pet Pippa.
