Noerr of McVeytown, Pennsylvania, born in Lewistown, Pennsylvania, who passed away on March 11, 2023, at the age of 90, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Arthur M. Hower Sr. and Martha E. Hower (Bayshore); her husband Richard C. Noerr Sr.; and her siblings, Arthur "Jack" Hower and Joyce Kerstetter (Hower).
She is survived by: her sons, Richard C. Noerr Jr. (Mary Jane) and Scott A. Noerr (Ellen J.); her grandchildren, Christian B. Noerr, Alicia N. Burns (Noerr), R. Alex Noerr and Scott A. N. Noerr; and her great grandchildren, Taylor Monroe, Caleb Noerr, Ethan Burns, Dylan Noerr, Chelsea Noerr, Ella Noerr and Penny Noerr.
