He was predeceased by: his parents, Jimison McMullen and Margaret McMullen (Zitsch); and his siblings, William McMullen, Patricia Beckenbaugh and Dorisetta Hockenberry.
He is survived by: his wife Sandra K. McMullen (Uttley); his children, Deborah Parks (John), Terry McMullen (Lisa) and James D. McMullen (Nikki); his grandchildren, Terra Goss, Aubrey Smith, Kelsay Morningstar, Aiden McMullen and Robert McMullen; and his siblings, Mary Ansell, John McMullen, Marvin McMullen, Charles McMullen, Ellen Hockenberry, Joyce Middaugh and Larry McMullen. He is also survived by two great-grandchildren.
