He was predeceased by: his parents, Gordon W. Hayes and Rosa Belle Hayes (Henderson). He is survived by: his wife Mary Jane Hayes (Anderson); his sons, Christopher Hayes, Jonathan Hayes and Gordon Henderson Hayes; and his adoptive daughter Michelle Andrea Hayes.
