Boozel (Matthews); his daughters, Dana Mae Myers (Tony) and Danielle I. Hamilton (Adam); his stepdaughter Joleen D. Flasher (Joshua Lindner); his grandchildren, Gabrielle, Conner, Rachel, Luke Flasher, David, James, Emily Hamilton, Sabastian and Hunter Myers; his great grandchild Elizabeth; and his brothers, Robert Boozel (Karen) and Theodore W. Boozel (Barbara).
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the Alzheimer's Association.
