She was predeceased by: her parents, Grayson McIntyre and Grace McIntyre (Noel); and her siblings, Anthony, Mark McIntyre, Doris Miller, Ruth Gilbert, Francis Kamiel and Joan Wenschof.
She is survived by: her husband Gene E. Utz; her daughter Shannon Welteroth (David); her grandchildren, Breanna, Ethan and Abigail; her pets, Griffin and Whiskey; and her siblings, Bill, Grayson, Robert, Richard McIntyre, Elaine Ray and Virgie Gambleman. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, contributions in Theresa's memory can be made to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital.
