He is survived by: his wife Carol Ann Brillhart (McMaster); his children, Daniel Brillhart (Melissa), Amy Rickrode (Matthew), Elizabeth "Betsy" Ernst (Jeff) and David Brillhart (Becky); his grandchildren, Captain Zachary Brillhart, Jian Brillhart, Tian Brillhart, Rebekah Jacobs, Sarah Brillhart, Catherine Rickrode, Maggie Rickrode, Emily Ernst, Katie Ernst, Adam Ernst and Mason Brillhart; his great grandchild Ziva Jacobs; and his siblings, Sandy Fuhrman, Sally Welsh, Thomas Brillhart, Brenda Brillhart and Deborah Ward. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
